John C. Lettera is the head of the corporate and litigation groups. John is a corporate attorney with over 13 years of legal experience. John began his legal career as a corporate lawyer with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he represented public and private clients in a range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, restructurings, going-private transactions and leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, DIP financing, creditor committee representation and structuring private equity funds. John also has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate including structuring and closing complex transactions and has acted as counsel to some of the most prominent New York real estate hedge funds.
John is a member of the New York State Bar and an adjunct Professor of Law at Pace University School of Law.

Jodi A. Mosiello is the head of the real estate and family law groups. Jodi has over 13 years of legal experience in all aspects of residential and commercial transactional real estate law including: sales and acquisitions; short sales and foreclosures; residential and commercial leasing; and company structuring to affect the foregoing. She represents individual sellers, purchasers, and borrowers; commercial and private lenders; and developers and condominium sponsors. Jodi also practices in matrimonial and family law including uncontested and contested divorce; negotiating prenuptial and separation agreements; and child support and child custody.
Jodi is a certified NY state divorce & family mediator.
Jodi is a member of the New York State Bar, Florida Bar and Connecticut Bar. Jodi is admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
